We offer exchanges on vaporizer starter kits (devices) that have a manufacturer defect within the first 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days, it is the customers responsibility to mail in any defective starter kits with receipt, box, and any parts. Please reach out to customer service for
instructions on contacting the manufacturer.

For disposable vapes, it is the customer’s responsibility to
make sure they work before leaving. There will be no exchanges or refunds on disposables after leaving the pickup location.

No refunds or exchanges on juice and coils unless it is a staff error.

An ID Verification is required for all customers on their first order. The verification must be completed through the Real ID link. We will not fulfill any orders without an ID Verification.

If a fraudulent or underage ID is submitted, the order is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

A restocking fee is a fee charged to the customer when merchandise is returned or refunded. This fee will be subtracted from your order total and the remainder will be refunded to the original payment method.

We are not offering shipping or home delivery of any kind at this time. Please contact our customer service team for any additional inquiries.
