How It Works

Hours of operation:
  • Orders can be placed 24/7 with our Date/ Time slot picker
  • Pick up hours are from 10:30am -10:30pm (Accepting orders until 10:15pm)
  • Home delivery hours are from 1pm-8:00pm (Accepting orders until 6:00pm)
Placing orders:
  • Add items to shopping cart
  • Go to cart to adjust quantity or remove items
Check out:
  • When order is complete go to shopping cart
  • At the bottom of page choose between local pick up or home delivery
  • If you want your order delivered, you must verify that the zip code for your address is eligible by entering it into the box and clicking check
  • Choose a date for your order to be picked up 
  • For delivery, choose a day and time slot
  • Pick up orders are usually ready 5 minutes after order is placed You will receive a text message when your order is ready Respond to the text or call when you arrive
  • Click check out where you will be required to make an account
  • After you have made an account you will be able to pay and complete you order

Delivery and service fees:

  • Local pick up orders are free
  • Delivery fees depend on the zone of which the desired address falls into. Delivery fees range from $7.99-$11.99
  • Missed deliveries may be subjected to the delivery fee, as well as a 15% restocking fee
  • Orders placed by underage buyers may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee
Discounts and sales:
  • Discounts must be applied at checkout by entering the discount code in the payment section
  • Stay up to date with featured sales and discounts by following us on social media and yelp
  • Free home delivery on orders over $120

Confirmation and age verification:

  • You will receive a confirmation email including your receipt
  • You will receive a separate email titled "no reply" with a link to complete your age verification
  • Age verification is required to be completed prior to receiving your order and only needs to be done for your first order

Local Pick Up Instructions: 

  • Pick up address is located at 826 2nd St, San Rafael, CA 94901 
  • Please arrive at your selected pick up date at our pick up location and please text or call customer service (925-384-8486) upon arrival and they will bring your order out to your car
  • If please contact the delivery person by calling or texting the customer service phone (925-384-8486) and we will accommodate your needs
  • You will be required to show your ID that was used to complete the age verification and it must match the card that was used to purchase your order

Home Delivery Instructions: 

  • Please respond to the confirmation text that you will receive from your delivery driver to confirm your delivery time as well as provide them with any additional instructions they may need to deliver (Ex. Entrance in the back)
  • Please make sure you're at the address provided for delivery during your selected delivery time. If you need to reschedule please communicate with customer service 2 hours prior to your delivery window
  • You will be required to show your ID that was used to complete the age verification and it must match the card that was used to purchase your order
  • It is mandatory that the order is given directly to the person who placed the order and completed the ID verification. We will not be able to leave it if you are not at home nor can we give it to someone else
  • Please double check that your order is correct and test any disposable vapes before the delivery driver leaves your location
