- Pick up orders are usually ready 5 minutes after order is placed
- You will receive a text message when your order is ready. Respond to the text or call when you arrive
- Click check out where you will be required to make an account
- After you have made an account you will be able to pay and complete you order
Pick up & service fees:
- Pick up orders are free
- Orders placed by underage buyers may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee
- Discounts must be applied at checkout by entering the discount code in the payment section
- Stay up to date with featured sales and discounts by following us on social media and yelp
- Confirmation and age verification:
- You will receive a confirmation email including your receipt
- You will receive a separate email titled "no reply" with a link to complete your age verification
- Age verification is required to be completed prior to receiving your order and only needs to be done for your first order

Local Pick Up Instructions:
- Pick up address is located at 826 2nd St, San Rafael, CA 94901
- Please arrive at your selected pick up date at our pick up location and please text or call customer service (925-384-8486) upon arrival and they will bring your order out to your car
- If you need any assistance please contact the delivery person by calling or texting the customer service phone (925-384-8486) and we will accommodate your needs
- You will be required to show your ID that was used to complete the age verification and it must match the card that was used to purchase your order
We offer exchanges on vaporizer starter kits (devices) that have a manufacturer defect within the first 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, it is the customers responsibility to mail in any defective starter kits with receipt, box, and any parts. Please reach out to customer service for
instructions on contacting the manufacturer.
For disposable vapes, it is the customer’s responsibility to
make sure they work before leaving. There will be no exchanges or refunds on disposables after leaving the pickup location.
No refunds or exchanges on juice and coils.

A restocking fee is a fee charged to the customer when merchandise is returned or refunded. This fee will be subtracted from your order total and the remainder will be refunded to the original payment method.
